The film, which was released on the occasion of Eid, had a lot of expectations for everyone, but regretfully Salman could not live up to his fans' expectations this time. The film has earned about 25 crores on the first day.

Salman's TubLight has been released around 5500 screens worldwide. It is expected that till this week the film will touch the figure of around 80 crore. In the case of collection of the first day, 'Tula Lite' was behind even Shah Rukh's 'Rais'. Though Monday is being expected to be Eid, it may be that after that the trend of the people of the film has increased and then they go to see the film.

Prior to the release of TubeLight, it was estimated that it would break the record of 'Bahubali' and 'Dangal'. But the first day collection is not seen anywhere near here.
